Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream Review

Product Review For

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream

 $19.50  for 16.9 oz.

One of the best richer-textured body creams you’ll find, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream has become one of my favorite body care items.

The Green Tea line comes with a clean, fresh fragrance that’s perfect all year round.

Of course it does include real honey, as the name implies, and green tea extracts.  Among the skin-quenching emollients are lanolin, shea butter and vitamin E.

Ideally this should be applied after showering/bathing onto skin that is slightly damp.  At that time the pores should also be open allowing for better absorption of the nourishment from this product.

I’d say that this cream outperforms many others on the market that come at a much higher price.  It works into the skin, does not leave any sticky residue, despite containing honey.  Which, the honey actually helps seal in the moisture, giving your skin all-day long protection from dryness.

Without reservation I would recommend this item to any woman who wants to keep her skin healthy and soft.  The only slight caution is that it contains honey, which may be irritating to some with highly sensitive skin.

I bought this item myself, for my own use, from an online retailer.

Bobbi Brown Moisturizing Products Reviewed

Maintaining Smooth Skin Just Got A Lot Easier

I began using these products a couple of months or so ago, and am very happy with the results.  I’ve been using Bobbi Brown cosmetics for years but only recently got around to trying her skin care line.

I used a 1 – 5 star rating for these products.  Read on for my feedback.

The Products

Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face Cream

1.7oz  Cost – $60.00

This cream feels great when you first apply it to your skin, goes on easily and absorbs in quickly.  My complexion looked and felt moister and my liquid makeup went on easily.  Also, I used this as a base for a sunless tanning product and it worked very well – without streaking the tanner.

Algae Extract is a key ingredient here, and it does nourish and protect the skin from irritations and dryness.  I give it a full 5 Star rating.

Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream

.5oz  Cost – $54.00

The eye cream in this same line of moisturizers is excellent.  It gives your skin a good base for makeup, and does a nice job of slightly plumping up the eye area when you go bare-skinned.  What I like about this product is that it does accomplish the sometimes tough job of completely eliminating dry skin while not leaving any residue that interferes with makeup and sometimes contact lens wearing.  Another 5 Star rating item.

Bobbi Brown Intensive Skin Supplement Serum

1oz  Cost – $75.00

My first impression of this product was that it came in an amber-colored glass container, which is exactly right for a quality serum.  The second impression was that it felt nice and smooth on my skin, without any irritation whatsoever.  It does deliver the White Birch and Grape Extracts to the skin very well, and that can be seen and felt by having a nicer tone and contour to the face.  I do apply this serum around the entire eye area without problem, and even apply it to my lips, also without any stinging.  That’s always a great test for any serum and this one passed with flying colors.

It’s a good serum for all skin types and I would say any woman from 25 or so and up would benefit from using it.  Another 5 Star product, Bobbi.

Source – I purchased all of these Bobbi Brown products directly from the company website for my own use.  My opinion is based on my own experience as a consumer.
